Vibe Team Breakfast Roles:
- (1) Greeter - by the door, outline the steps start with registration, where to put your stuff, name tags, what to expect
- (2) Registration - Christina + Sarah
- (1) Name tag station - Person at the table to help think of their Superhero names with the cheatsheet
- (1) After table Bingo - Erica - Erica + Sarah need to create the bingo, have a prize ($5 gift card) + pens, hand out bingo sheets and pen and do the first one with them

Name-tags are given
- Each name-tag will have space to write a superhero name.
- Each name-tag will also have a word related to the answer to the question that attendee was asked in advance.

Superhero Name Assistant

[ ] Create a one or two line explanation for our welcoming committee @Jeff Harry Plays
- The answer to the question should be written as a single word on people’s name-tags.
- People walk around discussing what’s on the name-tags. (30 minute)
- 5 Questions to inform the name-tags (attendees can choose which question to answer)
- Introduce yourself by your superhero name and explain why you chose it.
- No phones in the playroom
- Bring comfortable shoes
- No giving advice
- If you want to exchange information, index cards and writing utensils will be provided (crayons, colored pencils, colored markers)
- What do you hear at every event at networking function? “What do you do?” We want to challenge you to seek a deeper connection.
- Here are some questions you can ask, instead:
- “what is the dent you wish to make in the universe?”
- “what are you obsessed with?”
- “what would you do with your time if you never had to worry about money?”
- What does the word on your nametag mean?

- Ground rules for the day
- We (Jeff’s) will not ask you to do anything we wouldn’t do - so we’ll always give an example
- Be FULLY Present
- No phones
- No real names
- No right or wrong.
- No judgement. No feedback. Only validation.
- You are speakers, keep it brief. Do not suck the air out of the room.
- We’re not here to hear you talk, we’re here to share what we feel.
